The Ravinia Neighbors Association is the only neighborhood

organization on Chicago's North Shore. Over its 10 years of

existence, the RNA activities have included:

-Keeping Ravinia and its improvement needs in front of the City Council, city commissions and the Park District

-Initiating the Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Project to improve the streetscape of the business district along Roger Williams

-Having significant influence on developers within the business district, including Walgreens, and Ravinia Park Place and the Crossings condo buildings

-Encouraging Ravinia business district store-front beautification

-Preventing the construction of antenna clusters and cell towers near Ravinia School and Brown Park

-Helping to bring about the creation of Gateway Park (corner of Lake Cook and Green Bay Rd)

-Providing a framework for the Jens Jensen Park restoration initiative

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

By clicking on the 'Make a Donation' button, you can do any of the following: 1) Renew existing membership, 2) Sign-up for new membership or 3) Make a donation to RNA.

Annual membership is only $20 for the fiscal year, which runs from July 1 - June 30. Muiltiple-year discounts are as follows: 2-year membership: $35; 3-year membership: $50. Membership dues are tax deductible. There are a few easy ways you can become a member: 1) Fill in the online form and submit using the PayPal button to pay, 2) Fill in the online form and mail a check, or, 3) Print the printable version of the form, fill in and mail in with a check. Please mail your check made out to: Ravinia Neighbors Association P.O. Box 804 Highland Park, IL 60035-0804 Upon receipt of your check, we will send you a letter of acknowledgement accompanied by a copy of our latest newsletter, "My Ravinia," plus the date, time and place of our next Board Meeting to which you are cordially invited. Also, new memberships and renewals paid by either PayPal or check, and accompanied by an e-mail address will be acknowledged via e-mail along with an invitation to our next board meeting.
